Special privilege for KTC JCB cardmembers at ShopeeFood

1. Exclusively for JCB credit cardholders issued in Thailand only.
2. Customers shall receive 110 THB food discount with a minimum order value of 300 THB when ordering food via ShopeeFood.
3. Customers must enter “CODE” into the voucher code field or collect food discount code in All Vouchers page and choose JCB credit card as a payment method prior to checkout. 
4. Customer must enter food discount code specifically in each month to match with campaign period
   - Enter JCBSPFJUN (Period: 1 - 30 June 2022)
   - Enter JCBSPFJUL  (Period: 1 - 31 July 2022 )
   - Enter JCBSPFAUG (Period: 1 - 31  August 2022)
5. For all card holders, the discounts are limited to 1,200 redemptions / month with maximum of 3,600 redemptions throughout the campaign period as stated in clause 7, having total value of 396,000 THB.
6. Discount is limited to 2 redemptions/user/device/month via Shopee Application only.
7. Campaign period from 1 June 2022 – 31 August 2022
8. Discount code can be redeemed on the payment / check-out page in ShopeeFood.
9. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, coupons or privileges.
10. Discount code is eligible for all partners and selected branches who participate in the campaign within the service area in ShopeeFood service area.
11. ShopeeFood reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the campaign without prior notification.
12. ShopeeFood’s decisions in any matter in relation to the campaign shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
