1.    This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during August 1st, 2019 – October 31st, 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2.    The cardmembers who shop with the card according to specified conditions via www.kiehls.co.th, cardmembers will receive a complimentary Cosmetic Pouch (valued 500 Baht) when spend a minimum spending of 1,500 Baht / transaction from regular price of products/services. 3.    Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
4.    KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion. 
5.    KTC reserves the right to grant 1 complimentary gift / 1 www.kiehls.co.th member throughout the promotional period
6.    Reserves the right to grant this privilege to 100 customers / month (300 customers throughout the promotion period) The first 100 customers will receive Cosmetic Pouches (valued 500 Baht)
7.    The remaining privileges after 100 first privileges will receive complimentary gifts arranged by www.kiehls.co.th that may be changed with equivalent value or more and without advanced notice.
8.    The cardmembers are required to sign up for www.kiehls.co.th membership before applying the discount.
9.    This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
10.    The discount cannot be transferred to any third party, nor may it be exchanged into cash.

3.    KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
