6. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of complimentary gift offering to cardmembers under this promotion.

8. KTC reserves the right to offer a complimentary gift under this promotion only 1 unit transaction per www.yslbeautyth.com membership throughout the promotional period.
