Special privilege for KTC MASTERCARD cardmembers at HBO GO

1. Each offer can only be redeemed once per Mastercard cardholder.
2. Only one (1) offer can be applied to an HBO GO account at any time. 
3. For the avoidance of doubt, HBO GO Vouchers cannot be stacked (that is, HBO GO Vouchers cannot be activated in multiples and/or used in combination with any other promotions) to create an extended Entitlement Period.
4. When a user successfully activates an HBO GO Voucher, such user will need to wait till the Entitlement Period for that particular HBO GO Voucher ends before he/she can activate another HBO GO Voucher.
5. The ‘One Month on Mastercard’ offer is available to all Mastercard World and World Elite cardholders.
6. The ‘One Month on Mastercard’ offer is not applicable to existing HBO GO accounts that have enjoyed a free trial previously.
7. Users who are not eligible for the ‘‘One Month on Mastercard’ offer will be automatically charged on a recurring basis for the plan (1-Month or 3-Month) that they have selected during subscription purchase. The ‘3 Months for the Price of 2’ offer is priced at a promotional rate of THB259 inclusive of GST. This price is an approximation of the cost of a 2-month subscription.
8. The ‘3 months for the Price of 2’ offer is available to all Mastercard cardholders, except Mastercard World and World Elite cardholders.
9. Users who have redeemed the ‘3 months for the Price of 2’ offer will be billed with the discounted price at the start of the first 3-month subscription cycle. The applicable discounted price will be presented on the payment page.
10. After the first 3-month subscription cycle ends, subscribers will be billed the standard price of the 3-month subscription plan for subsequent cycles.
11. Users who have redeemed the ‘3 months for the Price of 2’ offer will not be eligible for other free trial offers (including the ‘One Month on Mastercard’ offer) in the future.
12. Each offer can only be redeemed once per Mastercard card. Only one (1) offer can be applied to an HBO GO account at any time.
13. The offers cannot be applied to an on-going subscription.
14. Both offers are eligible only to subscribers in Thailand. Subscribers must be using a card issued from Thailand for payment and offer redemption.
15. Thailand: The ‘One Month on Mastercard’ offer period is from 18 November 2021 to 30 June 2022.
16. Thailand: The ‘3 months for the Price of 2’ offer period is from 18 August 2021 to 30 April 2022.
17. A card validation charge may be applicable to verify your card account for a nominal amount (THB1) and a full refund will be automatically processed within 7 days.
18. HBO GO Asia reserves the right to amend, modify and/or vary the terms and conditions of the offers, including without limitation the right to suspend, cancel and/or terminate the offers without prior notice. Other HBO GO Asia terms and conditions apply.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
