KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions (within 3 days)

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD cash card with UnionPay logo (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD cash card with UnionPay logo (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during 25 May 2022 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING credit card , all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUD cash card without UnionPay logo.
3. KTC reserves the right to give a credit cash back by redeeming KTC points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip. The cardmembers may redeem KTC points equal to spending amount per sales slip when have spending amount from 1,000 – 3,999 Baht to receive credit cash back 12% or redeem KTC points equal to spending amount per sales slip when have spending amount from 4,000 Baht up to receive credit cash back 14% for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
4. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion.
5. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption and the cardmembers must pay with the same card only.
6. KTC reserves the right to give a credit cash back by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a credit cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion does not include the payment of goods/services in the category of gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages and does not include any products sold in rental booths or shops.
8. KTC reserves the right to limit KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion only up to 1 time per 1 sales slip.

KTC FOREVER points for cash back redemption terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at www.homepro.co.th during 25 May 2022 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING credit card , all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUD cash card without UnionPay logo.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration at https://www.ktc.co.th/promotion/online/home/homeprowedwow In this regard, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the registration that has been done successfully for the first time of each credit card number only.
5. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
6. KTC reserves the right to give a credit cash back by redeeming KTC points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip. The cardmembers may redeem KTC points equal to spending amount per sales slip when have spending amount from 1,000 – 3,999 Baht to receive credit cash back 12% or redeem KTC points equal to spending amount per sales slip when have spending amount from 4,000 Baht up to receive credit cash back 14% for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
7. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for a credit cash back under this promotion. (use this clause only when the promotion mechanic use spending amount for calculation of point redemption)
8. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
9. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed at the end of the promotion period].
10. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of promotion period.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
7. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
