Terms and Conditions for Cash Back 

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at KTC U SHOP via KTC Mobile Application only at participating stores; SPEED COMPUTER CO.,LTD / MBC COMMUNICATION CO.,LTD. / ASAKI INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. / PROFESSIONNAL GLOBAL SERVICE CO.,LTD. / YA SALES & SERVICE CO. LTD.   during 1 Oct 24 – 31 Jan 25 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only. 
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card. 
3. Members will receive cash back credited to their card account. Calculated from the amount spent via the card. Only participating products 
4. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion. 
5. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month  the calculation of spending will start from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of promotion period/ the end of the month (as the case may be).  
6. The benefits according to this list cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional programs.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any goods/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of goods/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
