KTC U SHOP MEGA POINTS terms and conditions

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to give KTC points to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC FOREVER ("KTC Points") and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at KTC U SHOP Online Channels during 1 Oct 21 – 15 Jan 22 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion:  all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES.
3. In the case that cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligibly participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly spending card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card accounts. In the case that cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
4. Cardmembers who spend with card at KTC USHOP Online Channels at the [minimum of 100 – 1,000 Baht per item]. Cardmembers will earn 2 extra KTC points (1x regular point and 1X extra points) / (1,001 – 5,000 Baht per item]. Cardmembers will earn 3 extra KTC points (1x regular point and 2X extra points) / 5,001 Baht up per item]. Cardmembers will earn 5 extra KTC points (1x regular point and 4X extra points) in accordance with specified conditions only.
5. KTC will credit extra KTC points into cardmembers’ credit card accounts within 30 days after [the last day of each calendar month].
6. The extra KTC points received under this promotion has no expiry date.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
7. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
