Promotion for KTC JCB PLATINUM Credit Card at AirPay

Terms and Conditions of Special Promotion
1. This promotion is for JCB cardmembers issued in Thailand who link JCB credit cards with AirPay.
2. This campaign is valid from 1 Aug 20 at 00:01 A.M. until 31 Oct 20 at 23.59 P.M.
3. When a customer spends from THB 200 per sales slip, the customer will receive THB 50 cashback maximum THB 200/ AirPay account/ month or combining maximum THB 600/ AirPay account throughout this campaign.
4. Once spending pursuant to prescribed conditions, the customer shall receive THB 50 cashback and it shall be deemed as one right.
5. This campaign is limited only 4 rights/ AirPay account/ month.
6. This campaign limits 2,000 rights/ month or 6,000 rights throughout a campaign period.
7. Eligible for the spending after discount only.
8. This promotion is valid for all types of transactions on AirPay that accept credit card payment.
9. Cash rebates cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash or credit and cannot transfer to a bank account.
10. The Bonus cashback will be added to the customer's AirPay Bonus Wallet within 24 hours after the transaction is completed. Customers can check the Bonus cashback in “My transaction history” on AirPay.
11. Usage of Bonus cashback shall be subjected to terms and conditions of AirPay’s Bonus Wallet.
12. JCB International and AirPay reserve the rights to change and/or revise terms and conditions of this campaign without prior notice.
13. In case of disputes or claims, JCB International and AirPay reserve the rights of the final decision in all matters regarding this campaign.

General Terms and Conditions
1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/ seller/ service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/ services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and is not involved regarding any products/ services under this promotion.
