Terms & Conditions for discount

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) except KTC UNIONPAY at participating stores during August 1^st, 2022 – December 31^st, 2022 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The cardmembers who hire freelance specialist with the card according to specified conditions for the first time via Fastwork.co and Fastwork Mobile Application. Get 10% discount when hire freelance specialists at a minimum of 3,000 Baht / transaction for cardmembers who never used the service through Fastwork. Fill in promo code “KTCNEW2000”. (*Maximum discount of 2,000 Baht)
3. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. The cardmembers are required to sign up for Fastwork membership before applying the discount.
6. KTC reserves the right to grant discount 1 time / 1 Fastwork member.
7. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
8. The discount cannot be transferred to any third party, nor may it be exchanged into cash.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
7. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
