Apply for KTC JCB ULTIMATE credit card, get up to 400 THB. cash back.

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to customers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who apply the new primary KTC JCB ULTIMATE credit (“the card”) during November 1st, 2022 - March 31st, 2023 (“promotion period”) and get card approval within April 30th, 2023 according to specific spending conditions.
2. KTC reserves the right to grant privileges according to this program to applicants who have the following qualifications:
   2.1 Applicants who have never been a primary KTC credit card member.
   2.2 Applicants who used to be KTC primary credit card members but cancelled KTC primary credit cards for more than 24 months.
   2.3 Applicants who have supplementary KTC credit cards.
   2.4 Applicants who have KTC PROUD cash card/all personal loan products.
   2.5 Applicants who are a current KTC credit card member but have never been member of any type of KTC JCB credit card or have been member of any type of KTC JCB credit card but the said card has been canceled for more than 24 months.
   2.6 Applicants who are current KTC JCB PLATINUM credit card members and cancel KTC JCB PLATINUM credit cards before applying for KTC JCB ULTIMATE credit cards and get card approval including spending according to specified conditions.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers who spend with the card at the participating stores under MCC Code: 5541,5542 at the minimum of 800 Baht per sales slip.
4. KTC will give cash back into the cardmembers’ credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each spending month by giving a monthly 80 Baht cash back for 5 consecutive months with total valued 400 Baht/card when having spending amount according to specified conditions.
5. If there are some month during the mentioned 5 months that there is not spending amount for filling up the tank or spending less than 800 Baht/sales slip/month with KTC JCB ULTIMATE credit card, KTC reserves the right to not give 80 Baht cash back to the cardmember in that month.
6. KTC reserves the right to give up to 80 Baht/month cash back only.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
