GoWabi 12.12 Year End Sale

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) except KTC UNIONPAY at participating stores during December 1st, 2022 – December 14th, 2022 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The cardmembers who shop with the card according to specified conditions via www.gowabi.com only. Cardmembers will get up to 20% discount from regular price of products/services. (Other GoWabi channels are not applicable such as LINE and GoWabi App)  
• Get 20% discount when spend at a minimum spending of 1,200 Bath/transaction. Fill in promo code “KTC12GX240”. December 1st, 2022 – December 13th, 2022
• Get 12% discount when spend at a minimum spending of 550 Bath/transaction for cardmembers whom never spend at GoWabi. Fill in promo code “KTC2022N250”. 
• Get 10% discount when spend at a minimum spending of 750 Bath/transaction for current GoWabi members. Fill in promo code “KTC2022R200”. 
3. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
4. The cardmembers are required to sign up for GoWabi membership before applying the discount.
5. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
6. KTC12GX240 has a maximum discount of 240 Baht / transaction. Limit to the first 1,000 codes. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of 1 discount code / 1 account.
7. KTC2022N250 has a maximum discount of 250 Baht / transaction. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of 1 discount code / 1 account 
8. KTC2022R200 has a maximum discount of 200 Baht / transaction. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of 2 discount codes usage / 1 account
9. Promo codes cannot be used with gift cards and Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine deals
10. The discount cannot be transferred to any third party, nor may it be exchanged into cash.
11. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
