Special privilege for KTC JCB cardmembers at Shopee

1. Exclusive for JCB credit cardholders issued in Thailand only.
2. Maximum discount 40 THB / merchant and maximum discount 120 THB / order and limited to 1 code / account / month.  
3. Collect and use the code via Shopee Application only.
4. Minimum spending depending on the type of the merchants: Shopee Mall minimum spending 200 THB / merchant , Preferred Store minimum spending 250 THB / merchant and General Merchant minimum spending 300 THB / merchant.
5. Limited to 1,250 redemptions / month or 3,750 redemptions / promotion period. Customer can collect the code from 00:00 am (midnight) of 1st of the month.  
6. Delivery via Standard Delivery Standard Delivery or Shopee Express, Kerry Express, J&T Express, Ninja Van, Best Express, DHL Domestic, Flash Express and Standard Delivery Bulky or Shopee Express Bulky, DB Schenker Bulky and Flash Express Bulky. 
7. Cardmembers are responsible for extra charges that may occur after discount reduction and discount cannot be used in future usage or exchanged for cash.
8. Discount code is not applicable for tickets and vouchers and digital items. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or other promotional campaign.
9. In case of cancellation, the discount cannot be returned. The discount cannot be transferred to any third party and cannot be exchanged into cash.
10. JCB International (Thailand) and Shopee (Thailand) reserve the right to change terms and conditions or suspend any promotion without prior notice.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
