Promotion for KTC JCB ULTIMATE Credit Card at Lazada

Terms and Conditions

1. Exclusive for JCB ULTIMATE credit cards issued in Thailand.
2. JCB credit cardholders receive THB 300 discount when purchasing eligible items on Lazada App or www.lazada.co.th with a minimum purchase amount of THB 2,500 before deducting all discounts and exclusive of shipping fees.
3. Promotion available from 1 January 2022 – 31 December 2022.
4. Customer can identify voucher code of each month from “Partners” icon on Lazada app and must enter the voucher code into voucher code field and select JCB credit card as a payment method prior to checkout.
5. Discount is limited at 100 redemptions per month and will be distributed at 12:00 AM on 1st of month with first comes, first served basis.
6. Limit 1 time/ Lazada account / month.
7. Customer can combine items from multiple stores, however, total purchase amount must be equal to or over THB 2,500 before deducting all discounts and exclusive of shipping fees and must pay in full amount only.
8. Customer must register and log into Lazada account before using discount voucher.
9. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with other Lazada discount and is not eligible for excluded items, for example, gift voucher, mobile phone top-up, milk powder, gold.
10. Discount does not cover shipping fee and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
11. Lazada Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the specified conditions as well as the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute.
12. Lazada Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
7. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
