Terms and Conditions

1. Exclusive for JCB Ultimate credit cards issued in Thailand receive 300 THB discount with a minimum purchase amount of 2,500 THB / sales slip after deducting all discounts and shipping fees.
2. Limit 100 redemptions per month or 1,200 redemptions throughout campaign period. Customer must enter “JCBSP300” into voucher code field and choose JCB credit card as a payment method prior to checkout. The code will be distributed at 12:00 AM on 1st of month with first comes, first served basis.
3. Limit 1 time / Shopee account / month when purchasing eligible items on Shopee Application only.
4. Discount is not eligible for ticket and voucher, digital games and game top up, gold, milk powder for children of age 1-2 years old, and control products under law. Cannot be used in conjunction with other Shopee discount.
5. In case of cancellation, the discount cannot be returned.
6. Discount does not cover shipping fee and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
7. This code is applicable to only Shopee Standardized Logistics Service.
8. JCB International (Thailand) and Shopee Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the specified conditions as well as the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
