Online Promotion at Shopee Discount with KTC MASTERCARD

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC MASTERCARD (“a card/cards”) at participating stores on January 1^st, 2023 – January 31^st, 2023 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The cardmembers who shop with the card according to specified conditions via Shopee Mobile Application, cardmembers will get discount of 180 Baht when spend at a minimum spending of 1,499 Baht / transaction from regular price of products/services as per below details. 3. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same KTC MASTERCARD card only.
4. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of 1 discount code usage / 1 Shopee member
5. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
6. KTC reserves the right to grant 727 codes
7. Voucher code is not applicable for Tickets & Vouchers, Digital Gaming, Game Top Up, baby milk powder/baby formulas 1,2, gold, and government regulated items including other products as per conditions at Shopee. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or other promotional campaign.
8. This voucher is applicable to only Shopee Standardized Logistics Service (Cannot be used with Seller Own Fleet and Bulky Delivery) 
9. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount before discounts from Shopee coins and delivery fee.
10. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
