Promotion shop online when shop online first time at Pomelo with KTC credit card

Conditions
1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during August 1st, 2020 – January 31st, 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The cardmembers who shop with the card according to specified conditions at pomelofashion.com/th and Pomelo Mobile App, cardmembers will get a discount of 30% discount from regular price of products/services when spend a minimum spending of 990 Baht / transaction. Fill in promo code “KTCPNEW” *For cardmembers whom never shop at Pomelo. (Maximum discount of 300 Baht)
3. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of discount 1 time / 1 Pomelo member throughout the promotional period.
4. Voucher code can be used for all Pomelo Thailand online purchases including Pomelo Pick Up purchases or buy online and pick up at Pomelo stores, card members must fill in voucher code before check out and pay for the order online before pick up at Pomelo stores.
5. When spend should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
6. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
7. The cardmembers are required to sign up for Pomelo account before applying the discount.
8. KTC reserves the right to grant 200 codes / month
9. The discount cannot be transferred to any third party, nor may it be exchanged into cash.
10. The promo code cannot be used with all types of face masks
11. All items purchased with this voucher code are eligible for return with exception to items listed under Pomelo Returns policy.
12. Pomelo reserves the right to cancel any fraud orders.
13. Pomelo reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
14. The privilege under this promotion cannot combine with other promo code.
15. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
