Online Promotion at Shopee Mid Month with KTC credit cards

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC MASTERCARD credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores on July 15^th, 2022, August 15^th, 2022, October 15^th, 2022 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The cardmembers who shop with the card according to specified conditions via Shopee Mobile Application, cardmembers will get 15% discount from regular price of products/services when spend a minimum spending of 1,600 Baht / transaction. Starts midnight. Fill in promo code “KTCMID15” (Maximum discount of 240B, Except KTC UNIONPAY)
3. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
4. KTC reserves the right to grant discount total of 1 discount code usage / participating days
5. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
6. The cardmembers are required to sign up for Shopee membership before applying the discount. (Shopee Mobile Application is available for download at App Store or Google Play).
7. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
8. The discount cannot be transferred to any third party, nor may it be exchanged into cash.
9. KTC reserves the right to grant 689 codes / participating days
10. Voucher code is not applicable for Tickets & Vouchers, Digital Gaming, Game Top Up, baby milk powder/baby formulas 1,2, gold, and government regulated items including other products as per conditions at Shopee. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or other promotional campaign.
11. This voucher is applicable to only Shopee Standardized Logistics Service.
12. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount before discounts from Shopee coins and delivery fee.
13. In case of cancelled or incomplete orders, discount code cannot be refunded in any case.

KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
