Online Promotion at TVD with KTC Credit Card

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating stores during February 1^st, 2022 – August 31st, 2022 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. The cardmembers who shop with the card according to specified conditions via TVD App, cardmembers will get following discounts from regular price of products/services:
• 20% discount when spend a minimum spending of 500 Baht / transaction. Fill in promo code “KTCNAPTVD20” *For cardmembers whom shop via TVD App for the first time only.
• 10% discount when spend a minimum spending of 1,000 Baht / transaction. Fill in promo code “KTCTVD10” *For cardmembers whom shop via TVD App and www.tvdirect.tv.
3. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. The cardmembers are required to sign up for TVD membership before applying the discount.
6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
7. The discount cannot be transferred to any third party, nor may it be exchanged into cash.
8. The discount code cannot be used with TVD Clearance Sale, Flash Deal, Promotion Products and installment.
9. Limit to 1 discount code usage / 1 member throughout the promotional period for promo code KTCNAPTVD20 (Maximum discount of 250 Baht)
10. Limit to 1 discount code usage / 1 member / month for promo code KTCTVD10 (Maximum discount of 2,000 Baht)

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
