Special privilege for KTC VISA cardmembers at Shopee

1. Visa credit and debit cardholders earn the free delivery privilege with a limit of 10,000 usages/month or 50,000 usages throughout the sales promotion between 1 May 21 - 30 Sep 21.
2. This special privilege is exclusively for VISA credit and debit cardholders issued by a bank in Thailand only.
3. Free Shipping up to THB 40 / merchant and up to THB 120 / order and limited to 1 code / account / month.
4. Get and apply the code via Shopee application only.
   • Minimum spending depending on the type of the merchants:
   • Minimum spending for Shopee Mall is 200 THB / merchant.
   • Minimum spending for Preferred Store is 250 THB / merchant.
   • Minimum spending for General Merchant is 300 THB / merchant.
5. Collect the code on the first of each month at 00.00 a.m. (night).

11. The discount code cannot be refunded in any cases and cannot be transferred/redeemed or converted into cash.
12. VISA (Thailand) and Shopee (Thailand) reserve the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, or put any promotions on hold without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, VISA (Thailand)’s and Shopee (Thailand)’s decision is deemed final.

General terms and conditions

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
