Terms and conditions of the LH Thai ESGX Promotion

1.When there is a net accumulated investment of every 50,000 baht in the LHTHAIESGX-X fund between May 2 and June 30, 2025, receive 100 LHMM-A investment units, up to a maximum of 600 baht per person (the remainder of the investment less than 50,000 baht will not be calculated to pay the gift), excluding investments in the Thai ESG, RMF, and Thai ESGX funds (the amount exchanged from LTF).
2. Net investment amount means the total investment amount of LHTHAIESGX-X purchases, minus the redemption amount, the exchange to any LHFund fund, and the transfer from LHFund funds to other asset management companies. However, the deduction does not include the redemption of investment units in the Thai ESGX group that are in accordance with the conditions of the Revenue Department.
3. Investors must hold investment units invested during the promotion period until 31 January 2026. LHFund will pay the gift within 27 February 2026.
4. If investors have more than 1 account, LHFund will calculate the net accumulated investment amount and pay the gift based on the unit holder number.
5. Investment units that have received the rights from this promotion will not receive the rights to other LHFund promotion programs in 2025.Tax benefits are as specified by the Revenue Department. Investors will not receive tax benefits if they do not comply with the investment conditions.
