1. The campaign targets only JCB card members whose cards were issued in Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, The Philippines, and Indonesia

3. The schedule for the cash back promotion is as follows:
   （1）For payment using your JCB card between October 16, 2022, and January 15, 2023, cash back will be issued early in February 2023.
   （2）For payment using your JCB card between January 16, 2023, and April 15, 2023, cash back will be issued early in May 2023.
4. The special offer cannot be combined with any other campaigns, coupons, or discounts.
5. Offer rights cannot be transferred nor sold to another person.

8. JCB International Co., Ltd., will not be liable for any conflicts caused by this discount campaign.

12. Cash back will be paid through the card issuer you used. The timing of the cash refund depends on the issuer.

14. The exchange rate of the original transaction and the exchange rate of the cash back may differ.
15. Amounts less than the significant digits of the currency in question will be rounded down.
16. Cash back may not be made in the following cases
    (1) If the transaction of goods or services has been changed, cancelled, or refunded, or if it is deemed as fraudulent use.
    (2) If you cancel your card or do not set up an account by the cash back date
    (3) When the card number has been changed due to card changeover or reissue before the cash back date
    (4) When payment cannot be processed during the campaign period due to system failure, etc.
    (5) When the payment is made through a third-party institution instead of directly at the participating merchant.
17. Please note that JCB International Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by customers as a result of using this campaign.
18. In the event that a user violates these Terms and Conditions or causes damage to Co., Ltd. or a third party through fraudulent or illegal acts in connection with the use of this campaign, Co., Ltd. may suspend or cancel the preferential privileges or other sales transactions, in which case all conditions for granting privileges accumulated up to the time of cancellation shall be retroactively forfeited.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.

KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
