2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC-SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC ROYAL ORCHID PLUS.
3. Please inform staff on your right every time prior to using the coupon at every Central Department Store and ZEN @Central World.
4. Please press using the coupon for your right in front of the staff only.
5. The coupon is for discount on goods of normal price (Beauty Gallery Department: get 10-15% discount, Mark and Spenser, Watch, Pen, Furniture and Kitchen Electric Appliances Departments: get up to 20% discount)
6. 1 coupon/1 department/ 1 receipt.
7. 30% discount is for goods of normal price of no more than 10,000 Baht before discount.
8. In the case of using various types of coupon altogether, the department store will give discount in following order; discount coupon or discount sticker, additional discount coupon, discount coupon for cash, discount coupon for cash or additional discount from the credit card.
9. Please check for discount of goods at point of purchase sign board.
10. Discount with more value can be used for goods with less valued discount but there will be no change for the remaining discount.
11. The coupon cannot be exchanged, changed to cash.
12. In the case of goods return after coupon valid date, the cardmembers cannot get any discount from the coupon anymore.
13. The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount card except discount from the credit card.
14. The coupon is valid until 30 September 2019 at every Central Department Store and ZEN @Central World.
15. After pressing use the coupon, if the cardmembers have not used it according to specified conditions, the company will consider the cardmembers waive the right and will not compensate at all.
16. Product price after using e-Coupon discount must be paid with KTC credit card only.
17. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
18. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
19. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
