1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) in rental shops at Future Park & Zpell during 23 January 2020 – 16 February 2020 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. KTC reserves the right for KTC cardmembers who have available KTC FOREVER points according to conditions defined only and for the day-to-day Points for Cash Back redemption only. The KTC FOREVER points will be automatically deducted from the Points in the KTC CREDIT CARD once the cardmembers redeem them for privilege as conditions defined only.
4. KTC reserves the right to transfer the Cash Back got from redemption into the KTC CREDIT CARD account by 60 days from last date of the promotion period.
5. KTC reserves the right to stick to database of KTC as final. KTC cardmembers who participate the promotion must keep the proof of their registration with KTC and also the sale slip for reference and inspection if needed.
6. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
8. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
9. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
10. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
11. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
