Shop and Scan QR Code, use points to redeem for 12% credit cash back with KTC credit cards at Future Park and Zpell

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at rental shop in Future Park and Zpell during 29 October 21 – 14 November 21 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. KTC reserves the right to give credit cash back by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account in accordance with specified conditions only and for day to day of transaction only.
4. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by scanning QR Code in the website https://ktc.promo/futureparkandzpell to redeem KTC Points for the privilege according to specified terms and conditions. The cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
5. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaim the privilege under this promotion.
6. In the case that spending amount per sales slip has Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for cash back under this promotion.
7. KTC Points redemption for cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
8. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
9. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive 12% credit cash back from spending amount/sales slip at the specified store only, KTC reserves the right to calculate based on order of transactions with the card. On the day which KTC calculates spending amount/sales slip and the number of KTC Points the cardmembers want to redeem for 12% cash back, the cardmembers must have accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for the cash back in accordance with their registration at https://ktc.promo/futureparkandzpell only so the cardmembers can use the KTC Points equal to spending amount/sales slip and be eligible to receive the cash back.
10. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of the promotion period.
11. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
12. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
13. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
14. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
15. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
16. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
17. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
