Get up to X5 KTC points at leading department stores with KTC JCB PLATINUM credit card

1.    This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC JCB PLATINUM credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Central Department Store every branch / Zen@CentralWorld Department Store/ Robinson Department Store every branch /The Mall Department Store every branch / Emporium Department Store/ Paragon Department Store/ Blu’ Port Hua Hin Department Store/ TOKYU Department Store every branch / ISETAN Department Store / Siam Takashimaya Department Store/ Siam Discovery in Open Space Zone (DCR), EmQuartier in Sports Mall , and 2nd Floor Waterfall Quartier and ICON SIAM in Open Space Zone (DCR) under MCC Code: 5311 and in Thailand during 1 October 2019 – 31 December 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2.    For The Mall Department Store, Paragon Department Store, Emporium Department Store, Blu’ Port Hua Hin Department Store, Emquartier in Sports Mall, and 2nd Floor Waterfall Quartier, the privilege under this promotion does not include the payment of goods/services in the category of installment payment, gift voucher, money top up card, alcoholic beverages and the payment of every type of goods in Power Mall, Gourmet Market, Home Fresh Mart, and goods in rental booths or shops.
3.    For Central Department Store, Zen@CentralWorld Department Store, and Robinson Department Store, the privilege under this promotion does not include the payment of goods/services in the category of installment payment, gift voucher, alcohol drinks, and drugs/medicines, and the purchase of every type of goods in Tops Supermarket, Tops Market, Power Buy, B2S, Home Work, Super Sports, and does not include any products sold in rental booths or shops.
4.    For Isetan Department Store, the privilege under this promotion does not include the payment of goods/services under the category of alcoholic beverages, beer, cigarette, gift voucher, goods/services in the category of installment payment, and does not include any products sold in rental booths or shops.
5.    For Tokyu Department Store, the privilege under this promotion does not include the payment of goods/services in the category of alcoholic beverages, beer, cigarette, gift voucher, goods/services in the category of installment payment, and does not include any products sold in rental booths or shops.
6.    For Siam Discovery in Open Space Zone (DCR) & ICON SIAM in Open Space Zone (DCR), the privilege under this promotion does not include the payment of goods/services in the category of Siam Gift Card, and does not include any products sold in rental booths or shops.
7.    For Siam Takashimaya, the privilege under this promotion does not include the payment of goods/services in the category of alcoholic beverages, beer, cigarette, gift voucher, goods/services under the category of installment payment, and does not include any products sold in rental booths or shops.
8.    The extra KTC points according to the privileges under this promotion expire within 30 September 2020. The accumulated spending during 1 October – 31 October 2019 is for earning extra points within 60 days from 31 October 2019. The accumulated spending during 1 November – 30 November 2019 is for earning extra points within 60 days from 30 November 2019. The accumulated spending during 1 December – 31 December 2019 is for earning extra points within 60 days from 31 December 2019.
9.    The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
10.    KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record
11.    KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
12.    KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
13.    KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
14.    In the case of complaints regarding the privilege and / or details, along with all conditions of this promotion of the card member, KTC reserves the right to appeal the cardholder's complaint by 31 March 2020. Only if the complaint after this is considered void in all cases
