Redeem to get cash back up to 15% at ONE SIAM All Day All Style

1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at Siam Discovery, Siam Center and Siam Paragon during 19 August 2019 – 31 October 2019 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion:  all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC- THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC-SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card
3. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for card-members who spend with KTC credit cards only. The cardmembers may redeem KTC Points for discount for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
4. KTC reserves the right to transfer the Cash Back from the redemption into KTC credit card account of cardmembers within 60 days from last date of the promotion period.
5. KTC reserves the right to stick to database of KTC only. Cardmembers who participate this promotion must keep the proof of registration with KTC and sale slip for inspection if needed.
6. The privilege under this promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged into cash, nor may it be transferred to any third party.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer privilege under this program to cardmembers who maintain their membership status and who are without a record of default or outstanding payment throughout the program until the day on which the privilege is granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
8. KTC reserves the right to give, cancel, withdraw or recall benefits under this program Whether in whole or in part Including requesting to pay damages (if any) if the right to join the program is dishonest, dishonest or fraudulent in order to obtain the benefits in this program or use the card for commercial business use the card in violation of the conditions set Or misuse of consumption purposes Or the member has canceled the spending item after KTC has given benefits to the members
