Conditions for using KTC FOREVER points to redeem e-Coupon discounts via KTC Mobile

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the credit cash back to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at participating branches of Makro PRO during 20th Jan 2023 - 1st May 2023 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only. 
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. We reserve the right to redeem points for discounts under this program. Members can use 555 points to redeem an e-coupon code for free delivery worth 60 baht for online purchasing via Makro PRO, which can be redeemed via e-Coupon channel in the KTC Mobile.
4. e-Coupon code for free delivery is valid for 60 days from the date of successful redemption.
5. KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
6. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
7. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.

Terms & Conditions for Using e-Coupon Code

1. An e-Coupon code is used for to be a discount of goods or a discount for delivery fee at Makro PRO with an order of 1,000 baht or more /order. (After deducting all types of discounts and excluding delivery charges). e-Coupon code can not be used at Makro branches.
2. Using an e-Coupon code, customers must apply for membership and must log in before using. To use the e-Coupon code by entering the code at the checkout page before payment.
3. e-Coupon code has usage limit 1 right (time) / 1 receipt and can not be reused.
4. e-Coupon code has limited.
5. In case of cancels the order, the discount cannot be refunded.
6. 6. In case of requests a refund, the company reserves the right to do not return the discount in any case.
7. e-Coupon code can not be changed into cash and can not be transferred, changed or given rights to others. and can not be used with other promotional programs or other discounts.
8. If the customer does not comply with the conditions mentioned above, the company reserves the right to do not refund the discount in all cases.
9. The company reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the specified conditions. and in case of dispute company's verdict regarded as the best.
10. The company is not responsible for the loss. and the damage of the e-Coupon code in any cases.
11. The company reserves the right not to accept damaged, duplicate or incomplete e-Coupon codes.
12. The company reserves the right to change the conditions in any case without prior notice. Conditions are as specified by the company.
13. The company reserves the right to use the discount from screen capture or a picture copied from the actual discount that appears in the application in all cases.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
