Privilege for KTC card member at Sports World

Normal Discount Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD cash card with UnionPay logo (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD cash card without UnionPay logo (“a card/cards”) at participating branches of Sports World store during 1 Aug 22 – 31 Jan 23 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC PROUD cash card without UnionPay logo.
3. The cardmembers who have spent to specified conditions, cardmembers will get 10% discount from regular price of products/services.
4. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.

KTC FOREVER points for discount redemption terms and conditions

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD cash card with UnionPay logo (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend with KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD cash card with UnionPay logo (“a card/cards”) at participating branches of Sports World store during 1 Jan 22 – 31 Jul 22 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING credit card, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUD cash card without UnionPay logo.
3. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with card at the minimum of 1 Baht per sales slip. The cardmembers may redeem KTC Points equal to spending amount per sales slip to receive discount 13% or 15% for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
4. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion.
5. KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only and multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption. If there is any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
6. The discount that the cardmembers receive under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating stores.
7. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion for the cardmembers with accumulated KTC Points remaining in their credit card account which is enough in order to redeem for a discount in accordance with specified conditions only.
8. KTC reserves the right to limit KTC Points redemption for discount under this promotion only up to 1 time per 1 sales slip per day.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
7. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
