Privilege when apply KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS MASTERCARD credit card

Terms and Conditions “GET up to 5,500 KTC FOREVER points when Apply KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS MASTERCARD”

1. This promotion (“List”) Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC is created to provide benefits to applicants for all types of KTC - BANGKOK AIRWAYS MASTERCARD credit cards (“new primary card”) who apply through any channel between 1 Jan 26 – 31 Dec 26 (“Campaign Period”) and receive card approval by 31 Jan 27, with spending conditions as specified.
2. KTC reserves the right to grant privileges according to this program to applicants who have the following qualifications:
   2.1 Applicants who have never been a primary KTC credit card member.
   2.2 Applicants who used to be KTC primary credit card members but cancelled KTC primary credit cards for more than 24 months.
   2.3 Applicants who have supplementary KTC credit cards.
   2.4 Applicants who have KTC PROUD cash card/all personal loan products.
3. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC VISA COMMERCIAL, KTC – AGODA MASTERCARD, all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS MASTERCARD, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
4. Card members will get up to 5,500 KTC FOREVER points when applying for the card from 1 Jan 26 – 31 Dec 26, approve by 31 Jan 27 and spending 3 times in all category within 60 days after the new primary card approval date.
   4.1 Cardholders of KTC X – BANGKOK AIRWAYS WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD will receive 5,500 KTC FOREVER points upon meeting the specified spending requirement.
   4.2 Cardholders of KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD will receive 1,500 KTC FOREVER points upon meeting the specified spending requirement.
   4.3 Cardholders of KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS PLATINUM MASTERCARD will receive 1,500 KTC FOREVER points upon meeting the specified spending requirement.
5. Limited for 1 member per 1 entitled only throughout the entire campaign period.
6. Upon fulfilling all the specified conditions, KTC will credit the bonus points to the member's KTC-BANGKOK AIRWAYS MASTERCARD account within 60 days from the end of the month in which the transactions were made and the spending summary was received by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited.
7. Reserves the right to give, cancel, ignore, or restore benefits according to this list. Either in whole or in part Including requesting compensation (if any) if the right to participate in the program in bad faith, dishonesty or fraud in order to obtain benefits in this program or use a new primary card for commercial business use a new primary card breaking the specified conditions or wrongly intended for consumption or the member has to cancel the spending program after KTC has given the member benefits.
8. KTC reserves the right to amend or cancel terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of a dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.

Terms and Conditions “Receive 20% Flayer Bonus”

1. This promotion (“List”) Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC is created to provide benefits to applicants for all types of KTC - BANGKOK AIRWAYS MASTERCARD credit cards (“new primary card”) who receive KTC FOREVER points in accordance with the specified terms and conditions and transfer such points to FlyerBonus mileage within the designated campaign period.
2. Card member who receive up to 5,500 KTC FOREVER points and transfer such points to FlyerBonus mileage as specified shall be entitled to receive an additional 20% FlyerBonus mileage.
   2.1 Cardholders of the KTC X – BANGKOK AIRWAYS WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD who receive 5,500 KTC FOREVER points and transfer such points to FlyerBonus mileage shall receive an additional 20% FlyerBonus mileage, totaling 4,399 FFP miles (from the regular 3,666 FFP miles).
   2.2 Cardholders of the KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS WORLD REWARDS MASTERCARD who receive 1,500 KTC FOREVER points and transfer such points to FlyerBonus mileage shall receive an additional 20% FlyerBonus mileage, totaling 1,200 FFP miles (from the regular 1,000 FFP miles).
   2.3 Cardholders of the KTC – BANGKOK AIRWAYS PLATINUM MASTERCARD who receive 1,500 KTC FOREVER points and transfer such points to FlyerBonus mileage shall receive an additional 20% FlyerBonus mileage, totaling 1,200 FFP miles (from the regular 1,000 FFP miles).
3. Privileges under this Campaign are limited to one entitlement per primary cardholder per member throughout the Campaign period.
4. KTC reserves the right to grant, cancel, suspend, forfeit, or reclaim any privileges under this Campaign, in whole or in part, and to claim damages (if any), in the event of dishonest, fraudulent, or abusive participation; use of the new primary card for commercial purposes; breach of the specified terms and conditions; improper consumption; or cancellation of transactions after Bangkok Airways has already provided the benefits to the member.
5. KTC reserves the right to amend or cancel any terms, conditions, or privileges of this Campaign without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, KTC’s decision shall be final.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
