Terms and Conditions

This promotional campaign (‘promotion’) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, otherwise known as KTC, to offer exclusive privileges to registered holders only of a KTC-branded credit card and/or a KTC PROUD cash card with the UnionPay logo (‘cardmember/cardmembers’) that earn KTC FOREVER points (‘KTC Points”)
KTC reserves the right to exclude the following cards from joining the promotion: All KTC CASH BACK types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING credit card, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUD cash cards not showing a UnionPay logo.
Any cardholder wishing to participate in this promotion must be a member of the Bangkok Airways FlyerBonus programme. Those who are yet to apply, can do so for free at flyerbonus.bangkokair.com
The stated prize of this promotion is a Hotel Voucher for a 2 night stay in a Deluxe Corner Room at the AVANI+ Khao Lak Resort valued at THB15,524. There are 12 prizes in total, collectively valued at THB186,288 Baht. Each prize does not include plane ticket issuing fees, fuel or airport taxes and/or any other applicable expenses. Each award winner is therefore required to pay the aforementioned expenses as well as a 5% Withholding Tax of the prize’s value (THB776.20) in accordance with Revenue Department Order Number TORPOR 4/2528 dated September 26, 1985 and TORPOR 104/2544 dated September 15, 2001. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize, by paying the withholding tax within 20 days post-announcement, they will automatically forfeit their right to claim the prize. If a prize is not claimed within 20 days, the company reserves the right to withdraw all prize entitlements and award the prize to the next applicable reserve winner with no liability. If the reserve winner does not claim the prize, the company reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
At the end of the promotion, KTC will select the top two KTC cardholders who have converted the highest number of KTC FORVER Points into FlyerBonus points (15,000 points minimum). Once card usage records have been verified, KTC will announce the winning cardholders at www.ktc.co.th within 60 days of the last day of the previous month. Within 7 days of the announcement, KTC will contact the winners by phone (at the cardholder’s registered number) to inform them of the procedures and prize terms and conditions. It is a condition of the promotion that winners are contacted at their registered number only within the designated timeframe and if they cannot be reached, KTC will assume they do not wish to claim the prize.
KTC reserves the right to award the prize to the top spending cardmembers whose first and family names recorded on their identification card or passport are consistent with the names shown on the credit card used in the promotion
If the two or more cardholders converting the same highest amount, KTC reserves the right to award the prize to the first recorded cardholder who converted their KTC points to FlyerBonus points once the promotion commenced. KTC’s decision in this regard will be deemed final. In the event that the eligible top spending cardmember is disqualified or does not meet one or more of stated terms and conditions, KTC reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible top spending cardholder.
The winning cardholder acknowledges and agrees to pay tax (if any) at the rate determined by law
The employees of KTC, as well as the employees of the companies related to this promotion are not eligible to participate in this promotion
Participation in this promotion automatically means that the winning cardholders will agree to participate in any PR activities, or be present at such events, and/or take part in advertisement photo shooting as determined by KTC as well as allow KTC to use any photos taken for promotional purposes. The names of winning cardholders may also be displayed in any print or digital media in this regard. All rights relating to any photos of the winners shall belong to KTC.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.

Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
