Special privilege for KTC UNIONPAY cardmembers at sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck

1. Unless specified, the promotion is valid from 23 December 2023 to 30 June  2024, both dates inclusive.
2. The Promotion is applicable to UnionPay Credit Card and ATM Card with card number starting with 62 (refers to “UnionPay Card”) and UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (include Apple Pay and Huawei Pay), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions. The qualified transaction must be settled via UnionPay network.
3. UnionPay cardholders are required to visit sky100 1/F Ticket Centre and present UnionPay card to enjoy the offer: purchase 2 standard tickets to enjoy 25% off, purchase 3 standard tickets to enjoy 30% off, purchase 4 standard tickets to enjoy 35% off.
4. The offers are only applicable to on-day and on-site ticket purchase.
5. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, VIP/members’ privileges discounts, gift certificate, consignment items, discounted and fixed items unless specified.
6. The offers carry no cash value and cannot be transferred, altered, refunded, and exchanged for cash, other commodities or offers.
7. The offer is valid during the promotion period, except for sky100 closure dates due to special events, special timeslot or programs which require a separate admission charge and block-out dates as announced by sky100 from time to time. The prevailing block-out dates and deck closure dates are set out in the sky100’s website and are subject to change.
8. Children aged 11 or below with valid tickets must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above with a valid ticket.
9. The opening hours of sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck are subject to change due to inclement weather or other special circumstances. Please refer to merchant for the most updated information before departure.
10. UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”) is neither vendor nor service provider, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchants.
11. UnionPay International and sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck (refers to “Participating Merchant”) reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations.
12. In case of disputes, the decisions of UnionPay International and Participating Merchant shall be final and conclusive.
13. UnionPay International and Participating Merchants reserved the right to amend the terms and conditions in both Chinese and English version. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.

Exception Clause:

1. The terms and conditions of the promotion is applicable to the merchant. Details can be consulted from customer service staff.
2. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
3. Merchants and/or offer may be affected by COVID-19. Details shall be subject to the announcement of the merchant.
4. After the end of the promotion, the link and other related content will be invalid. If used, please delete it immediately. Unionpay International shall not be liable for the consequences or damages incurred as a result of any failure to delete it in time or unreasonable use.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
