1. This promotion campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (a cardmember/cardmembers) who use service of KTC World Travel Service via Call Center (02 123 5050) during 1 Aug 20 - 31 Dec 20. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion:  KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES, and Kluay Kluay Revolving Loan card by KTC PROUD.
2. The accommodation cannot be exchanged, changed to cash.
3. The company will deliver the accommodation ticket within 7 working days.
4. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
5. The cardmembers must book for accommodation 7 days prior to checking in.
6. The accommodation tickets are limited. Please check with the company officer every time.
8. The price shown is net price per person (for booking for 2 persons up).
9. We reserve the right to change or cancel terms and conditions or privileges under this promotion without prior notice.
10. KTC is neither distributor nor service provider and is not responsible for the goods/services. If there is any doubtful point or complaint about the goods/services, please directly contact the dealer or service provider.
11. KTC World Travel Service is operated by World Explorer Company Limited, a travel agent member of IATA No. 35-3-0509-3 with traveling business permission document by Tourism Authority of Thailand No. 11/03724. KTC is neither distributor nor service provider and is not responsible for the goods/services. If there is any doubtful point or complaint about the goods/services or need receipt or tax invoice, KTC World Travel Service will facilitate the cardmembers to cooperate with the dealer or service provider for further action.

General Terms and Conditions Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
