Terms and Conditions

This “Regional Points Conversion Campaign (March 2022)” [“Campaign”] is organised by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. [“Organiser”].
By participating in this Campaign, all participants [“Participants”] will be deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organiser (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organiser in all matters related thereto (“Terms and Conditions”).
Information on how to participate in this Campaign forms part of these conditions of entry. Registration for and/or participation in this Campaign is deemed as acceptance of the conditions of entry. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry.
This Campaign runs concurrently in all the participating regions (“Participating Regions”) as provided in clause 5(b) below starting from 1st March 2022, 00:00 (GMT +8) and ends on 31st March 2022, 23:59 (GMT +8) (both dates inclusive), or upon complete utilisation of 8,000,000 airasia points allocated in this Campaign, whichever is earlier, unless advised otherwise by the Organiser (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as deemed fit without notice or liability to Participants.
To qualify and participate in this Campaign, Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Campaign Period (“Campaign Requirements”): -
1. have a valid and an existing airasia member account (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by the Organiser under the name “airasia rewards”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by the Organiser;
2. must be located in Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore only (“Participating Regions”) based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected; and
3. hold valid and active loyalty membership accounts with the Organiser's partners (“Organiser’s Partners”) according to the Participating partner; KTC
4. Successfully perform points conversion from any of the Organiser’s Partners’ rewards points into airasia points through airasia xchange platform (subject to airasia xchange Terms and Conditions which can be found on airasia Super App) via instant or point code conversion and/or through manual conversion on the respective Organiser’s Partners platform
  (collectively referred to as the “Dedicated Platform”), during the Campaign Period to be entitled to earn bonus airasia points (“Bonus airasia points”) based on the category of points converters as follows :-
  1. For new airasia points converters*:- 3x Bonus airasia points in addition to the regular airasia points earned pursuant to the standard conversion rate fixed by the respective Organiser’s Partners;
  2. For new airasia points converters*:- 2x Bonus airasia points in addition to the regular airasia points earned pursuant to the standard conversion rate fixed by the respective Organiser’s Partners;
  3. For existing airasia points converters**:- 1x Bonus airasia points in addition to the regular BIG Points earned pursuant to the standard conversion rate fixed by the respective Organiser’s Partners.
  * airasia member who has never performed any points conversion from the airasia xchange platform since registration as an airasia member
  ** airasia member who has performed a minimum of one time points conversion from the airasia xchange platform and/or the Organiser’s Partners platform since registration as an airasia member
  For the avoidance of doubt, all Participants are allowed to make multiple points conversion transactions with no maximum amount of point conversion during the Campaign Period, subject to a total capped of 8,000,000 airasia points, on a first come first served basis.
Only successful points conversions, subject to fulfilment of Campaign Requirements as provided above, made during the Campaign Period via the Dedicated Platform will be deemed as qualified for the Campaign entitlement. Unsuccessful conversions pursuant to this Campaign will be disqualified without notice and entitlement of airasia points to Participants.
The Bonus airasia points received pursuant to this Campaign will be credited into the eligible Participant’s airasia member account within sixty (60) working days after the end of the Campaign Period (or any other period as the Organiser deems necessary) subject to the Organiser receiving all information as deemed necessary.
The Bonus airasia points earned through this Campaign are valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months only from the date such Bonus airasia points are credited into the eligible Participant’s airasia member account. The said Bonus airasia points not redeemed prior to the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited by the Organiser without notice and liability.
The Organiser reserves the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of the transaction and eligibility of Participants. Without limitation, Participants agree to provide necessary documentations and information to the Organiser upon request. The Organiser’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Campaign are final, binding, and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.
If for any reason this Campaign is unable to proceed or continue as planned, including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the Campaign.
The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and/or to retract or forfeit the award of the Bonus airasia points from any Participant if the Organiser reasonably believes the Participant has (singularly or jointly with any other Participant) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities to earn the Bonus airasia points or undertaken in any other activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected conversion, transaction or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
The Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliates and associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Campaign, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Organiser reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
The information Participants provide will be used by the Organiser for the purpose of conducting this Campaign. The Organiser may disclose Participant’s personal information to contractors and/or agents to assist in conducting this Campaign.
The Organiser further reserves its right to use any collected personal data of Participants in accordance with its Privacy Policy for any purpose related to this Campaign and the Participants are deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.
Bonus airasia points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Usage of Bonus airasia points are subject to the airasia membership Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and the translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
Terms and conditions of the respective Organiser’s Partners shall also apply and can be found on their respective websites.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and be subjected to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
