Terms and Conditions

This “Regional Year End Campaign” [“Campaign”] is organised by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. [“BIG” or “Organiser”].
By participating in this Campaign, all participants [“Participants”] will be deemed to have read, understood and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Campaign as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organiser (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organiser in all matters related thereto.
Information on how to participate in this Campaign forms part of these conditions of entry. Registration for and/or participation in this Campaign is deemed as acceptance of the conditions of entry. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry.
This Campaign runs concurrently in all the participating regions and/or countries as provided in clause 5(b) below starting from 1st December 2021, 00:00 (GMT +8) until 31st December 2021, 23:59 (GMT +8) (both dates inclusive) or upon utilisation of the total of 10,000,000 BIG Points allocated for all participating regions and/or countries pursuant to this Campaign, whichever is earlier (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as deemed fit without notice or liability to Participants.
To qualify and participate in this Campaign, Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Campaign Period (“Campaign Requirements”): -

Be an existing BIG Member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIG under the name “BIG Rewards”) and have a unique registration number known as the “BIG Member ID” issued by BIG at the point of participation in the Campaign; and
Must be located in Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand or Indonesia (based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected); and
Perform successful purchases and/or transactions with any of the BIG partners (“BIG Partners”) via BIG Rewards website and/or mobile application (under the GET POINTS section) and/or AirAsia mobile application AND/OR convert any of BIG Partner’s rewards points into BIG Points by contacting the respective BIG Partners (which can be found on BIG’s website) on their respective platforms or via hotline, or via BIG Xchange platform on the BIG Rewards mobile application or AirAsia mobile application (excluding BIG’s co- brand partners, i.e. issuing banks of AirAsia debit and credit cards in all the participating regions) during the Campaign Period to be entitled to receive a bonus of 100% of the regular BIG Points (on a first-come-first-serve basis) in addition to the regular BIG Points earned pursuant to the standard issuance and/or conversion rate fixed by the respective BIG Partners.

Only successful transactions of the BIG Points transfer, BIG Rewards’s Referal Rewards and/or Point Conversions during the Campaign Period will be deemed as qualified for the Campaign entitlement. Unsuccessful transactions and/or purchase will be disqualified without notice to Participants.
The bonus BIG Points are awarded on a first-come-first-served basis only. Once the total Bonus BIG Points allocation is fully utilized, there will be no more bonus BIG Points awarded to the Participants.
The BIG Points, bonus BIG Points will be credited into the eligible Participant’s BIG Member account within sixty (60) working days after the end of the Campaign Period (or any other period as the Organiser deems necessary) subject to the Organiser receiving all information as deemed necessary. Notwithstanding the standard validity of the BIG Points pursuant to the BIG Rewards Terms and Conditions, the bonus BIG Points earned through this Campaign are valid for a period of three (3) months only from the date such bonus BIG Points are credited into the eligible Participant’s BIG Member account. The said bonus BIG Points not redeemed prior to the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited by the Organiser without notice and liability.
The Organiser reserves the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of the transaction and eligibility of Participants. Without limitation, Participants agree to provide necessary documentations and information to the Organiser upon request. The Organiser’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Campaign are final, binding, and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.
If for any reason this Campaign is unable to proceed or continue as planned, including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the Campaign.
The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and/or to retract or forfeit the award of the BIG Points, bonus BIG Points from any Participant if the Organiser reasonably believes that the Participant has (singularly or jointly with any other Participant) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities to earn the BIG Points, bonus BIG Points or undertaken in any other activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected purchase, transaction or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise. The Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliates and associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Campaign, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions, or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.
The Organiser reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
The information Participants provide will be used by the Organiser for the purpose of conducting this Campaign. The Organiser may disclose Participant’s personal information to contractors and/or agents to assist in conducting this Campaign.
The Organiser further reserves its right to use any collected personal data of Participants in accordance with its Privacy Policy for any purpose related to this Campaign and the Participants are deemed to consent to such use with no monetary payment.
The request for conversion transfer of BIG Points and the purchase of BIG Points Gift Cards cannot be cancelled or revoked once made.
BIG Points and/or bonus BIG Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Usage of BIG Points and/or bonus BIG Points are subject to the BIG Membership Terms and Conditions which can be found at www.airasiabig.com.
These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and the translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
