Privilege for KTC Mastercard card member at Airasia Rewards

1. To qualify and participate in this Campaign, Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Campaign Period (“Campaign Requirements”):-
   a) have a valid and active airasia member account (having subscribed and registered as a member under the loyalty and rewards program operated by the Organiser under the name “airasia rewards”) and have a unique registration number known as “airasia member ID issued by the Organiser at the point of participation in this Campaign. In the event the Participant is not a registered airasia member at the time of the Campaign Period, the Participant is required to sign-up as an airasia member via the airasia Super App mobile application or the airasia website (https://www.airasia.com/en/gb) (collectively referred to as “Dedicated Platform”) before participating in the Campaign. Any registration of airasia membership made by the Participants after the Campaign Period shall disqualify such Participants from the Campaign and any Bonus airasia points entitlement without any further notice;
   b) successfully purchase any participating products on the Dedicated Platform and make payment by MasterCard (Debit,Credit Card or Prepaid Card) during the Campaign Period subject to fulfilment of the conditions stipulated in clause 6.
   c) transaction(s) on airasia rewards shop and rewards deals are excluded from Bonus airasia points entitlement pursuant to this Campaign.
2. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, at any time, to verify the validity of the successful transactions and eligibility of Participants. Without limitation, Participants agree to provide necessary information to the Organiser upon request.
3. Only Participants who fulfil the Campaign Requirements shall be eligible to receive the Bonus airasia points. Participants who fail to meet the Campaign Requirements will be automatically disqualified from the Campaign without notice and liability towards the Organiser.
4. Bonus airasia points earned from this Campaign will be credited into the eligible Participant's respective airasia member accounts within thirty (30) business days after the end of each campaign period (or any other time the Organiser deems appropriate) subject to any invalid, incomplete or cancelled entries.
5. Notwithstanding the standard validity period of airasia points as stipulated within the airasia rewards terms and conditions which can be found at www.airasia.com/rewards, the Bonus airasia points earned through this Campaign shall be valid for a period of two (2) years from the date such Bonus airasia points are awarded into the Participant’s airasia account. Any airasia points not utilised within its validity period will lapse without notice or liability.
6. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change and/or substitute Bonus airasia points with other rewards from time to time. without prior notice to the Participants
7. Bonus airasia points are non-refundable, exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The use of Bonus airasia points is subject to airasia membership terms and conditions, which can be found at www.airasia.com/rewards.
8. The Organiser reserves the right to use any Participant's personal information that has been collected in any manner and/or for any purpose in connection with this event in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Participant will be deemed to have consented to such use without any compensation in money.
9. Participants may be contacted by the Organiser at any time the Organiser deems appropriate via e-mail or any other form of communication as the Organiser deems appropriate.
10. The Participants shall not hold the Organiser liable for the outcome of the Campaign.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.

Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
