This promotion is only for KTC cardmembers who made a booking via https://ktc.12go.asia/th only. Cashback is not applicable for direct booking via 12GoAsia's main website or through the application.
Card members must Enter the KTC credit card number on the reservation page to receive the cash back credit.to allow the credit card information to be sent to the company that makes the refund for you.
No need to fill in or download e-coupon to reclaim this 5% cashback.
The cash back credit will be calculated and transferred to the paid card account after 72 hours of traveling date.
The cash back credit will be calculated from the ticket price only. Excluding other fees, taxes, food service, beverages and serving
Refund credit cannot be transferred / changed / exchanged / refunded in cash
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or special discounts. And other special promotions from Booking.com
This promotion does not participate in booking at the type of express reservation without having to specify a credit card number in the booking process and booking type without having a credit card.

This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) during 1 Dec 2020 – 31 Dec 2021 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC – JCB, KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount from the first day to the last day on a calendar monthly basis starting from the successful registration day. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion period in accordance with specified conditions.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
