2. This promotion can be used with hotel reservations in participating destinations. Only hotels designated by the hotel will have the symbol "PROMOTION ELIGIBLE / promotion" when making a reservation and payment via the website. (Advance payment only) where the discount hotel will display the KTC discount message in the last step of the reservation after entering the correct KTC credit card number.
3. Discount on this item Does not include hotels that pay for accommodation later Including payment upon arrival at the hotel or when checking-out, leaving the hotel (post-pay)
4. This promotion is only valid for KTC credit card holders who meet the conditions and are eligible to receive the service. By which the card must (a) have the name and / or KTC logo displayed on the card and / or (b) have a member of the KTC credit card member as the issuer or cooperate with the card issuing bank This includes the card issued in conjunction with other companies, by members of the KTC card group, to participate in this promotion. Cardholders must pay via their credit card issued by KTC.

Terms and conditions for get 10% discount

1. This VISA promotion offer is available for a limited time only while supplies last. Limited to a total of 2,000 privileges per campaign for all VISA cards in Thailand. Once campaign ends  VISA offer will be the same as promotion offered for other card types.
2. Valid for VISA card issued in Thailand only.
3. The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of selected and designated merchant properties in certain destinations, made through a dedicated Promotion landing page only at following URL : www.agoda.com/ktc
4. This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid” “Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the promotion.
5. The designated hotels which participate in the VISA promotion will show “VISA TH” once the user inputs correct KTC VISA  credit card number.
6. The designated hotels which participate in the other promotion will show discount once the user inputs correct  KTC credit card number.
7. The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
8. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
9. KTC and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. The Promotion can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.
10. The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Promotion landing page after entering a valid card number.
11. The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of KTC and Agoda shall be final.

General terms and conditions of promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
