Terms and Conditions

This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to the cardmembers of KTC credit card who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) at airasia Super App mobile application during 1 Mar 23 – 30 Apr 23 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all KTC PROUD cash card.
The cardmembers who have spent with the card at the minimum of 2,500 Baht per sales slip according to specified conditions, cardmembers will get 25% discount, maximum discount 600 Baht from regular price of products/services when input discount code KTCAAH25
Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same card only.
The additional discount which the cardmembers get under this promotion can be used as additional discount after all types of discounts offered by the participating.

Cancellation policies of the respective hotels shall also apply and such cancellation policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Transfer of booking ownership after successful transaction of hotel booking is strictly not allowed.
Redemption of Voucher Code is subject to the Voucher mechanics.
Hotel Discounts are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to daily availability of the total Voucher Codes allocated pursuant to this Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, the redemption of the Hotel Discounts are subject to any hotel cancellation policy on the Platform.
Participants who satisfy all the Campaign Requirements shall be eligible for the Hotel Discounts and Participants who fail to abide by the Campaign Requirements will automatically be disqualified from the Campaign without any further notice and liability towards the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right at their sole discretion, at any time, to verify the validity of successful transactions and eligibility of Participants. Without limitation, Participants agree to provide any necessary documentation and/or information to the Organiser upon request for the purpose of such validations. The Organiser’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Campaign including but not limited to the Hotel Discounts and Participants are final, binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.
If for any reason this Campaign is unable to proceed or operate smoothly due to actions of the Participants, including but not limited to irregularity, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the Campaign.
The Organiser also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and prevent the usage of Voucher Codes from any Participant if the Organiser has proof or reasonably believes that the Participant has (singularly or jointly with any other Participant) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities to obtain the Voucher Code or undertaken any other activities harmful to this Campaign or to us. The Organiser further reserves the right to block the Participant’s airasia account from performing future transactions on the Platform.
The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
The Organiser accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected transaction(s) whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
The Organiser, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special and consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, liability, disappointment, personal injury, or death which is incurred, suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by the Participants in connection with this Campaign, the promotion of this Campaign except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Organiser reserves the right to process Participants further in accordance with the applicable local laws should the Organiser have proof or reasonably believe that the Participants have violated these Terms and Conditions in connection with this Campaign (in which case Participants undertake to bear maximum liability allowed by law).
The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, at any time, to verify the validity of successful transactions and eligibility of Participants. Without limitation, Participants agree to provide necessary documentation and/or information to the Organiser upon request for the purpose of such validations. The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence, appeal nor complaint from any Participants will be entertained.
Participants may be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organiser, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organiser.
The Participants shall not hold the Organiser liable for the outcome of the Campaign.
The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Campaign.
The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions (wholly or partly) contained herein from time to time, without any prior notice to the Participants. Such revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Organiser’s Dedicated Website as soon as it is practical.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to comply or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, computer system malfunction, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic and pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of the Organiser.
Any applicable surcharges and all expenses associated with this Campaign such as transportation, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated (if applicable) shall be solely borne by the Participants.
All taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against the Participants under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign shall be solely borne by the Participants.
The Terms and Conditions may be translated to other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and translated versions, the English language shall prevail.
The terms and conditions of the respective Participating Partners and hotels shall also apply.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subjected to the jurisdiction of a forum in Malaysia.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
