“KLOOK Offer (“Offer”) is only applicable to cardholders with a valid Titanium, Platinum, World, World Rewards and World Elite Mastercard credit cards (“Cardholders”) issued in Asia Pacific (“Eligible Mastercard Cards”) and it includes the following product categories: Shared airport transfer, private and public transfer, rail (Excluding products like China Rail, Swiss Travel Pass, Japan Rail, etc) Attractions (excluding Tokyo Disneyland, Universal Studios Japan and other related activities, etc), tours and sightseeing.
The participating locations in Asia Pacific include Hong Kong, Macau, China, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Myanmar, Brunei, Laos, Australia, New Zealand.
The Offer is valid from 1 December 2020 to 30 November 2021, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
Payment must be made with an Eligible Mastercard Card during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offers (“Eligible Transaction”).
The following transactions are not Eligible Transaction(s) for the purpose of the Offer: unauthorized transaction(s) and any transaction(s) that are cancelled, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund, or any other categories as KLOOK may determine at its sole discretion from time to time.
The Offers are not transferable or exchanged for cash, they cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, coupons or memberships offers.
Cardholders are required to enter the relevant promotional code when conducting Eligible Transaction(s) to enjoy the Offers. Mastercard and KLOOK will not accept any liability should a Cardholder fail to input the relevant promotional code when conducting Eligible Transaction(s) and that it result(s) in forfeiture of the Cardholder’s eligibility to the Offers. KLOOK supports payments in different currencies and rates can be converted into different currencies for your convenience. Activity rates indicated in a certain currency are at a rate determined by KLOOK, estimated using market spot rates. Payment currency will be clearly indicated at the time of payment. Some credit cards may charge additional fees in handling certain currencies, please consult with your credit card issuer if additional charges will apply to your transaction.
All products and services are subject to availability while stocks last. The prices of all products and services are designated by KLOOK and are subject to change from time to time without notice. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offers by any person (as determined by KLOOK at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person's eligibility to the Offers. The products and services available under the Offers are provided solely by KLOOK with the terms and conditions as determined by KLOOK from time to time. Mastercard accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with the provision of such products and services. In the event of disputes arising from the products and services offered by KLOOK, the decision of KLOOK shall be final and binding. Klook reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the promotion and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Klook reserves the right to require payment of fees or charges for any Services offered by Klook. The Cardholder shall pay all applicable fees or charges, as described on this Website in connection with such Services selected by you. The Cardholder use (or continue to use) of the Services offered by Klook following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or revised fees or charges. Applicable for selected products categorised as Shared Airport Transfer, Private and Public Transfer, Rail, Attractions & Shows, Tours & Sightseeing on Klook’s platform, excluding certain activities. This is subjected to Klook’s internal categorization of products.
Each promo code can be used up to 8 times a year per user while each usage discount is capped at US$60.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record. 
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
