Terms & Conditions for receiving cash back e-Coupon

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the e-Coupon cash back to KTC VISA credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who have registered on the KTC Mobile app and spend via KTC VISA credit cards (“cards”) with Google PayTM from 1,000 baht or more / sales slip at every store with a contactless payment or Google Pay symbol during 21 Nov 22 – 31 Jan 23 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. KTC reserves the right only for tap-to-pay payments (Contactless) type NFC via the cards with Google Pay with full payment only. Online payments and installment payments are excluded.
4. Cardmembers, who spend on card with Google Pay at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip within the Promotion Period, will receive cash back e-Coupon (“e-Coupon”) via KTC Mobile App in value as set out in connection with card transaction sequence recorded in KTC system. In this respect, when the number of transactions reaches 200 transactions, the system will reset its round, with no limits of rounds per day.

5. KTC will retrieve the order of spending transactions via the cards with Google Pay, valued at 1,000 Baht or more per sales slip. For the foreign currencies, the values KTC will retrieve are balances made before calculation of risk from foreign currency conversion which occurs within 00.00 A.M.- 11.59 P.M. of everyday during the promotion period based on the time in Thailand and KTC database as final.
6. KTC will deliver e-Coupon cash back to cardmembers who are eligible according to the conditions under this promotion via KTC Mobile app within the same day that cardmembers have made qualifying transactions according to specified conditions. Cardmembers must press accept e-Coupon cash back to receive credit cash back in their credit card accounts within 15 days after the end of campaign period. If cardmembers do not press accept within the mentioned day, KTC reserves the right to cancel the mentioned e-Coupon without prior notice.
7. After cardmembers have pressed accept e-Coupon cash back according to specified conditions, KTC will credit cash back in their credit card accounts within the next day after pressing accept. Cardmembers must press accept before 11.00 P.M. In case of cardmembers press accept the e-Coupon after 11.00 P.M., cardmembers will receive credit cash back within the next five days based on the time in Thailand and KTC database as final.
8. For cardmembers who receive an e-Coupon cash back with valued at 1,000 Baht per sales slip. KTC will credit cash back into the card account. After the posting date
9. In the case that cardmembers register for the KTC Mobile application after the date and time of spending via the card. KTC reserves the right to not deliver the previous e-Coupon cash back.
10. This Promotion is reserved for Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip with Google Pay. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder.
11. KTC will calculate card spending amount only based on the regular card payments for goods / services. Additionally, the following expenditures are excluded from this Promotion:  the total purchase amount for KTC card installment payments, cash advance, all LTF/RMF unit investment trust fund purchase (MCC 6211), interest rates, credit usage fees, foreign currency exchange fees, and other fees, cancellation of goods/services purchase or any other type of refunds, and pre-authorized transaction and MCC 7995 and 7801 (casino).
12. Privileges under this promotion campaign may not be used in conjunction with other sales promotions, and may not be exchanged, given as cash or new e-Coupon cash back, or transferred to another individual.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
6. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
7. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
