Once you have set a 6-digit PIN during the application process, you can resume by selecting your incomplete application on the KTC Mobile app home screen and entering the PIN. This must be completed within 7 days of the initial start.

If no PIN was set, you must restart the application.

Verification is available via any banking app with NDID services. To register, go to the “NDID Service” menu in your bank's app. Once verified, return to KTC Mobile app to continue your application.

Supported document types are as follows:

1. PDF:
2. • Highly recommended for image quality and prevent to resubmit documents.
   • Support password-protected files: require the correct password during upload.

3. • Take a new photo or
   • select from your device.

Total file size must not exceed 10 MB.

Once submitted, your status will be displayed on the KTC Mobile app home screen. If you applied for multiple products, each status will be shown and processed independently according to KTC’s conditions.

You can register for KTC Mobile app using the 6-digit PIN set during your application.

If you applied for both a credit card and a cash card, you can register as soon as either one is approved.
