This application process is for new primary KTC Credit Card customers only. Just download the KTC Mobile app and follow the steps.

You can apply for both products at the same time. Both applications will be reviewed using the same set of documents. Approval for each product is processed separately according to KTC’s terms and conditions.

Once you have set a 6-digit PIN during the application process, you can resume by selecting your incomplete application on the KTC Mobile app home screen and entering the PIN. This must be completed within 7 days of the initial start.

If no PIN was set, you must restart the application.

Verification is available via any banking app with NDID services. To register, go to the “NDID Service” menu in your bank's app. Once verified, return to KTC Mobile app to continue your application.

Supported document types are as follows:

2. • Highly recommended for image quality and prevent to resubmit documents.
   • Support password-protected files: require the correct password during upload.

     Total file size must not exceed 10 MB.

Once submitted, your status will be displayed on the KTC Mobile app home screen. If you applied for multiple products, each status will be shown and processed independently according to KTC’s conditions.
