Terms & Conditions for KTCAXA promotion

1. This promotional campaign (the “Promotion”) is created by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or “KTC” to offer benefits to KTC credit card members (the “Cardmembers”) who agree to purchase Sabuydee My Home via website https://ktc.promo/axa-home-insurance of AXA Insurance Public Company Limited. Promo code KTCAXA must be applied to the success full premium payment, during 15 Jan 2023 - 30 Jun 2023.
2. The discount under this promotion is 15% off (excluding VAT and Stamp duty) valid for the first-year premium only.
3. Installments 0% 4 months are available for payment via KTC Credit cards except for all types of KTC CASH BACK credit cards, KTC credit cards - National Blood Center, Thai Red Cross Society, KTC VISA CORPORATE credit cards and KTC cards for government agencies. The total premium 4,000 THB and above (including stamp duty and VAT) / policy.
4. For all eligible policies, AXA reserves the right of any cancellation.
5. The spending amount via KTC credit card is limited to full payment of insurance premiums only. It does not include cash withdrawal transactions, installment transactions with KTC credit card through KTC PHONE/ KTC Mobile/ KTC Online, payment transactions for the purchase of all investment units, interests, credit line usage fees, fines and other fees or refunds from the cancellation of purchased goods/services or all other types of refund to be calculated to provide this promotion to the Cardmembers.
6. Reserves 1 reward per 1 transaction only. Cannot gather premium prices from other transaction to claim the right.
7. The discount and/or reward cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
8. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any discount card or promotion.
9. Terms and Conditions of underwriting and coverage are as specified by AXA, the insured should clearly understand before making the decision.
10. Terms and conditions of this campaign are as specified by AXA, AXA reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, set new details of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, AXA’s decision is deemed final.
