AXA Personal Accident insurance

1. This promotional campaign (the “Promotion”) is created by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or “KTC” to offer benefits to KTC credit card members (the “Cardmembers”) who agree to purchase Personal Accident insurance with AXA Insurance (Thailand) PCL. via online channels https://ktc.promo/axa-pa-insurance  By specifying the discount code "KTCAXA" and paying for insurance premiums with KTC credit cards (the "Cards") within the period between 15 January 2023 – 30 June 2023 (the "Promotion period") only.
2. When the Cardmembers agrees to purchase AXA's Personal Accident insurance through online channels by specifying the promotion code "KTCAXA" as specified and paying for insurance premiums with the Cards within the Promotion period, the Cardmembers get Starbucks e-Coupon under the condition specified below,
   • For premium prices starting from 1,000 – 1,999 THB get Starbucks e-Coupon 100 THB.
   • For premium prices starting from 2,000 – 2,999 THB points get Starbucks e-Coupon 200 THB.
   • For premium prices starting from 3,000 - 3,999 THB points get Starbucks e-Coupon 300 THB.
   • For premium prices starting from 4,000 – 4,999 THB points get Starbucks e-Coupon 400 THB.
   • For premium prices starting from 5,000 THB points get Starbucks e-Coupon 500 THB.
3. The Starbucks e-Coupon will be sent via e-mail within 45 working days after your departure date that registered in travel policies.
4. AXA reserves the right to withdraw the reward within 60 days after the completed transaction date, if the e-mail is invalid (delivery failure) and AXA has not been contacted by the customer.
5. Reserves 1 reward per 1 transaction only. Cannot gather premium prices from other transaction to claim the right.
6. Terms and conditions of Starbucks e-Coupon are subjected to Starbucks company.
7. For all eligible policies, the company reserves the right of any cancellation

The spending amount via the Cards is limited to full payment of insurance premiums only, it does not include spending on cash withdrawal transactions, Installment transactions with all types of KTC cards, payment transactions for the purchase of all investment units, interest, credit line usage fees, fines and other fees. Refunds arising from cancellation of purchases of goods/services or refunds arising from all types of refunds to be calculated to provide benefits to the Cardmembers.
9. The benefits under this campaign cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
10. as specified by AXA, the insured should clearly understand before making the decision.
11. Terms and conditions of this campaign are as specified by AXA, AXA reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, set new details of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, AXA’s decision is deemed final.
