KTC CREDIT CARD privilege at SE-ED Book Center

Terms and Conditions - Discount 7.5%

1. The promotional campaign (“Promotion”) has been arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant privileges to all types of KTC cardmembers (“Member”) who spend with KTC credit card (“Card”) at any participating branches of SE-ED Book Center during December1st -2018 – June 30th, 2019 only.
2. KTC cardmembers have to redeem a 7.5% discount e-coupon via App. KTC Mobile and present the redeemed e-coupon to SE-ED Book Center cashier staff to get the 7.5% discount with no minimum spending amount required. In this connection, this privilege is reserved for the regular price purchase of books sold in store only (Non-book products , Mobile Phone-Top up card , Slip U Top up are not eligible for the discount).
3. KTC reserve the right to grant 1 e-coupon code / 1 right / 1 sales slip
4. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with SE-ED Card/ SE-ED inspiration card for additional discount, except for accumulating member points.
5. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion(s).
6. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same KTC credit card only
7. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash advance, all types of LTF/RMF payment (MCC 6211), KTC Installment Payment by PHONE transaction, interest, credit limit adjustment fee, fine and any other fees and charges, including refunds from purchase cancellation and any other types of refund, from the calculation of privilege granting to the cardmembers under this promotion.

This promotion is arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant exclusive privileges to all types of KTC cardmembers, except for those who have following credit card: KTC CASH BACK all types, KTC - THAI RED CROSS TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE GOLD, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
2. KTC - Royal Orchid Plus cardmembers can redeem Forever Rewards points that received before November 1st, 2013 in order to participate in the promotion campaign.
3. The cardmembers who wish to receive cash back under this promotion are required to send a registration SMS to 061-384-5000 by typing SE (space) 16-digit credit card number (3 Baht/SMS), or to register at www.ktc.co.th/SEED In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s auto-reply message confirming the registration in order to successfully participate in this promotion.
4. In the case that any KTC cardmember holds more than 1 KTC credit cards (“Card”) which participate in the promotion campaign under the same cardholder’s name, KTC will consider the transaction from all credit card and will calculate cash back based on those transaction(s) and deduct Forever Rewards points of the first successful registered KTC credit card. In the case that any KTC cardmembers cancel any participating KTC credit cards regardless any reason, KTC will consider that such KTC cardmembers disclaim their participation under the promotion campaign.
5. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each credit card number only.
6. KTC reserves the right to grant cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers who have a spending amount made with KTC credit card at the minimum of every 500 Baht at participated branches of SE-ED Book Center during December1st,2018 – June30th,2019 (“Promotional Period”) may redeem points every 500 points to receive cash back under the determined terms and conditions only.
7. Cash back granting will be calculated based on the spending amount which can be divided by 500 into a full number only, at the rate of, for every 500 Baht of spending amount, receive 18% cash back which will be credited to each credit card account.
8. KTC cardmembers must have remaining Forever Rewards points in the participating credit card account on the day where the points calculation is conducted by KTC more than or equal to the accumulated points which are eligible to redeem for cash back in order to receive cash back under the promotion campaign
9. KTC cardmembers who wish to transfer Forever Rewards points from any other KTC credit cards to the registered KTC credit card to get cash back under the promotion campaign must complete such transfer within the last calendar day of each month during the promotional period (Dec31,18 ,Jan31,19 … Jun30,19).
10. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash advance, all types of LTF/RMF payment (MCC 6211), KTC Installment Payment by PHONE transaction, interest, credit limit adjustment fee, fine and any other fees and charges, including refunds from purchase cancellation and any other types of refund, from the calculation of discount granting to the cardmembers under this promotion.
11. Cash back calculation from the spending amount with KTC credit card, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount from the first day to the last day on a calendar monthly basis starting from the successful registration day. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion under KTC’s determined terms and conditions.
12. KTC will grant cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers’ credit card account within 60 days after (Dec31,18 ,Jan31,19 … Jun30,19 (“Promotional Period”).

2. KTC reserves 0.69% KTC Installment Payment for 3 months whereas total amount must be at the minimum of 3,000 Baht with minimum of 500 Baht per sales slip under the determined terms and conditions only.

1. The privilege under this promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged into cash, nor may it be transferred to any third party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer privilege under this program to cardmembers who maintain their membership status and who are without a record of default or outstanding payment throughout the program until the day on which the privilege is granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to award, cancel, revoke or reclaim any privileges granted to the cardmembers under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive this privilege, or if the credit card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, and for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC duty granted privilege under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. KTC is not a products seller/service provider and therefore assumes no responsibilities in respect of any products/services. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact each product seller/service provider directly.
5. KTC reserves the right to amend or cancel terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of a dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
