Entertainment privileges for KTC VISA SIGNATURE credit card

Privilege at Major Cineplex Courses Terms and Conditions

1. Privilege is valid from 1 Jan 20 – 31 Dec 20.
2. Privileges are available for Visa Signature Cards issued in Thailand only.
3. Privileges are valid for the main cardholder only.
4. A minimum of THB 50,000 accumulated spending by Visa Signature card is required (payment on the same card number) at the date of privilege booking. The eligible spending transactions can be combined 60 days prior to the date of booking.
5. Privilege redemption is available via www.vthgservice.com
6. The cardholder will get an email confirmation and “Discount Code” within 3 working days after the redemption request is made, subject to verification.
7. In case any supporting documents are requested from the cardholder for verification, the cardholder has to submit those documents within 3 days, otherwise Visa reserves the right to cancel the booking and cardholder will have to make a new booking on a first come first served basis.
8. “Discount Code” is valid for VIP seat ticket for a couple (2 person) per code.
9. VIP seat tickets are sold per couple (for 2 persons), and are not available for purchase per seat.
10. Present the “Discount Code” at Major Cineplex Theatre ticket counter to get the privilege and ticket purchase must be made by Visa Signature card only.
11. Privileges can be utilized only once a year per card number.
12. The privilege is limited to the first 250 persons per month, on a first come first served basis.
13. The “Discount Code” is valid till 31 Dec 20 and belongs to cardholder. Visa shall not be responsible for lost codes and will not be able to re-issue the code.

Visa shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy of services under the Visa Premium Card Privileges Program, and eligible cardholders shall look solely to the relevant participating merchants in the case of any queries or complaints for any services.
18. No representation or warranty of any nature is made by Visa as to the quality of any services provided by any merchant.
19. By utilizing or attempting to utilize the Visa Premium Card Privileges Program, all eligible cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and irrevocably accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions set out herein.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
