Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores at Chiangmai Book Fair #10 @ Chiangmai Hall. Central Chiangmai during 27 June - 6 July 2025  according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.KTC PROUD.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration at
   - Type BCX (space) 16-digit card number follow by # and point amount to redeem Send to 0613845000 (Messaging costs vary depending on the service provider.)You will get a reply message of successful registration on transaction date only.
4. The cardmembers who spend with card at every 500 baht may redeem KTC points at every 500 points to receive credit cash back in accordance with specified conditions only.
5. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai baht for the calculation of KTC points redemption for a credit cash back under this promotion.
6. KTC reserves the right to redeem credit cash back under this promotion for the cardmembers who have sufficient points in their credit card account under the determined terms and conditions only.
7. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the end of promotion period, 6 July 2025.

Terms and Conditions for special flexi rate

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD MASTERCARD/UNIONPAY cash card (“Cardmembers”) who pay for the specified goods/services through card at participating stores during Chiangmai Book Fair #10 @ Chiangmai Hall. Central Chiangmai during 27 June - 6 July 2025 according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. Cardmembers can use the installment service with an interest rate of 0.69% per month (Flat Rate), with a choice of installment periods ranging from 3,6,10 months. The conversion of the Flat Rate into the equivalent Effective Rate is as follows :

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fee, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
