1. The promotional campaign (“Promotion”) has been arranged by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to grant privileges to all types of KTC cardmembers (“Member”) who spend with KTC credit card (“Card”) at participating branch of Thonglor Pet Hospital during  February 15^th ,2020 – June  30^th, 2020 (Promotional period) only , under the determined terms and conditions only, except for those who have following credit card: KTC VISA CORPORATE GOLD, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
2. KTC cardmembers will receive Free stay 1 night when spend with KTC credit card (“Card”) for Pet Care Service at participating branches of  Thonglor Pet  Hospital as follows:
   - Stay 4 nights get Free stay 1 night
   - For Regular room or Glass Room type
   - Not apply for festive or public holidays
   - Participated branches : Rama9 , Pinklao , Srinakarin, Rangsit , Ramintra , Praditmanutham, Tiwanon , Rama2 , Pattaya , Chiang mai and Rayong
   - Not  Apply for festive or public holidays
3. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
4. Thonglor Pet Hospital reserves the right to amend or cancel terms and conditions, details, and/or to change to any equivalent privileges without prior notice.
5. Should there be any different amount occurring after discount deduction, the cardmembers must pay for the difference with the same KTC credit card only.
6. KTC reserves the right to exclude spending amount under cash advance, all types of LTF/RMF payment (MCC 6211), Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE transaction, interest, credit limit adjustment fee, fine and any other fees and charges, including refunds from purchase cancellation and any other types of refund, from the calculation of privilege granting to the cardmembers under this promotion.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
4. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
5. KTC is not a manufacturer, distributor or service provider and has no involvement regarding any products/services under this promotion. Should there be any inquiries or claims in respect of products/services, or sales slip/tax invoice requirement, please contact the manufacturer, distributor and/or the owner of product or service directly.
6. KTC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions, details, and/or privileges of this promotion (including changing to any other prizes with equivalent value) without prior notice. In the case of any dispute, KTC’s decision is deemed final.
