Terms and Conditions for 3% Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who spend with KTC credit card (“a card/cards”) during 15 March 2019 – 31 August 2019 according to specified conditions only.
2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE TITANIUM MASTERCARD, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC - SCG VISA PURCHASING, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The cardmembers who want to receive a credit cash back under this promotion are required to make a registration by sending a SMS, type CAS , space following by 16-digit credit card number and send to 061-384-5000 (3 Baht/time), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th. In this regards, the cardmembers must receive KTC’s reply message confirming the registration in order to eligible participate in this promotion.
4. If the registration has been processed more than 1 time, KTC will consider the first successful registration made for each card number only.
5. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers who spend with the card at the participating stores at the minimum of 500 Baht per sales slip during promotion period only.

6. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cash back, KTC will calculate at the rate of every 500 Baht of spending amount in order to receive 3% credit cash back which will be credited to each credit card account.
7. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the registered card only.
8. In the case that the cardmembers have more than 1 card that can eligible participate in this promotion, KTC will consider the spending amount from each card separately and will calculate only the spending amount from properly registered card for credit cash back which will be credited to the credit card account. In the case that the cardmembers have cancelled the registered card in any circumstance, KTC will assume that such cardmembers disclaims the privilege under this promotion.
9. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
10. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount from the first day to the last day on a calendar monthly basis starting from the successful registration day. The calculation will be processed on a monthly basis until the end of the promotion period in accordance with specified conditions.
11. KTC reserves the right to offer credit cash back under this promotion only up to 2,000 Baht per / 1 cardmember throughout the promotion period.
12. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmembers’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month.
13. KTC reserves the right to not give all types of KTC points for the spending amount with card that is used to calculate for credit cash back under this promotion. The cardmembers, however will automatically receive regular KTC points first whereas the points will be deducted from their credit card account on the same day as when the credit cash back is credited. In the case that KTC cannot deduct KTC points from the cardmembers’s credit card account, KTC reserves the right to not credit a credit cash back under this promotion to the cardmembers.
14. The privilege under this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign.

7. In the case that spending amount per sales slip have Thai Satang, KTC reserves the right to round up an extra fraction to a Thai Baht for the calculation of KTC Points redemption for a credit cash back under this promotion.
8. KTC Points redemption for credit cash back under this promotion is only for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. Multiple sales slips cannot be combined for redemption.
9. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
10. For the calculation of spending amount with the card in order to receive a credit cast back under this promotion, KTC will calculate based on the total spending amount starting from the successful registration day, and will also calculate sorted by the date and time of card spending transaction. The calculation will be processed [on a monthly basis / at the end of the promotion period].
11. KTC reserves the right to exclude the spending amount under cash advance, all types of LTF/RMF payment (MCC 6211), Installment payment with KTC Card by KTC PHONE/KTC Mobile/KTC Online transaction, interest, credit line usage fee, fine and any other fees and charges, refund from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any other type of refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to the cardmembers under this promotion.
12. KTC will credit a credit cash back into the cardmember’s credit card account within 60 days after the last day of each calendar month

7. The prize of this promotion is GEMORIES Gift Voucher Valued 22,000 Baht each, total 2 pieces. GEMORIES Gift Voucher Valued 16,000 Baht each, total 2 pieces. Howl Magazine 1 year Membership Valued 300 Baht each, total 20 pieces.,total valued 82,000 Baht. In this connection, the lucky winners are required to pay those excluding expenses.
8. KTC will calculated the number of right(s) to lucky draw of each cardmember from the accumulated card spending amount by each card of the same cardholder name at the end of this promotion.
9. At the end of the promotion, KTC will print 1 ticket per 1 right to lucky draw of cardmembers, showing full name and card number of cardmembers who have right to lucky draw, and will collect all tickets for lucky draw which will take place on 25 October 2019 from 14:00 hours at KTC TOUCH Central Changwattana, according to license no. XX book no. XX issued by District Office of Nonthaburi Province ] dated XX.
10. KTC reserves the right to draw XX substitute lucky winners for each prize and will give the prize to the substitute lucky winner respectively in the case that the prior lucky winner disclaims the prize or is disqualified to receive the prize in accordance with specified conditions. If there is no lucky winner/substitute lucky winner who is eligible to recieve the prize, KTC reserves the right to cancel the prize without prior notice.
11. KTC will announce the name list of lucky winners at www.ktc.co.th within 20 November 2019. KTC will contact the lucky winner to inform details and terms and conditions of the prize receiving via post mail which the cardmembers have provided to KTC, within 30 days from the day of the lucky winners announcement. The lucky winners/substitute lucky winners are required to contact for receiving the prize under the determined terms and conditions within the determined period only otherwise KTC will assume that the top spending cardmembers disclaims the prize.
12. In the case that the lucky winner receives more than 1 prizes, KTC reserves the right to give the highest valued prize only up to 1 prize per 1 lucky winner throughout the promotion period.
13. The lucky winners who receive any prize valued over 1,000 Baht shall pay 5%, or any enforceable rate as determined by laws, withholding tax of prize value in accordance with the Revenue Department’s Notification No. TP 4/2528 and/or any other laws or regulations.
14. KTC reserves the right to give the prize to lucky winners whose name and family name shown on identification card is consistent with the name shown on the card only. KTC also reserves the right to not give the prize until the lucky winners paid all taxes and/or any other relevant expenses (if any) under the determined terms and conditions and within the period determined by KTC.
15. The participation in the promotion is considered that the lucky winners agree to participate in PR activities, or to present at the relevant event, or to take part in advertisement photo shooting as determined by KTC, as well as allow KTC to take photographs to promote the photographs and the name of lucky winners on newspaper and/or any other advertisement media for public relation purpose. All rights relating to lucky winners’ photographs shall belong to KTC.

1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
