1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card and/or KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD cash card (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 15 January 2024 - 15 April 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. When members have spending amounts via the card as specified, members can receive Complimentary Dish can be received within the same day as the member has spent with the card. according to specified conditions only.
3. Complimentary gift offered hereunder is up to 1 unit/piece per sales slip per card number per day only.

Terms and Conditions for Normal Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit (“Cardmember(s)”) who spend on card at participating stores during 5 January 2024 - 15 April 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to specified terms and conditions only.
2. When members have spending amounts via the card Complete conditions according to sales slip at participating stores. Members will receive discounts according to conditions. of normal product prices
3. In the case where there is a difference in value after deducting the discount according to this item Members must pay the difference with their card only.

 Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Discount

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 5 January 2024 - 15 April 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
2. The following cards are not eligible for this promotion: all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC – THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card, and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD. 
3. KTC reserves the right to give a discount by redeeming KTC Points under this promotion only for cardmembers who spend with KTC card at the minimum of 1,000 Baht per sales slip. The cardmembers can redeem 1. [800 KTC FOREVER Points to receive discount 100 baht for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only. OR for cardmembers who spend with KTC card at the minimum of 2,000 Baht per sales slip. The cardmembers can redeem 2. [2,000 KTC FOREVER Points to receive discount 300 baht for goods/services purchase in accordance with specified conditions only.
4. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on the sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht. 
5. Any discount availed from this Promotion can be used as the additional discount on-top of all types of discounts.
6. This Promotion excludes the spending on goods/services in the following categories: gift voucher, gift card, alcoholic beverages and any product sold in the rental booths or shops. 
7. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
8. The point redemption for discount hereunder is up to 1 time per sales slip per day only throughout the Promotion Period.  

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmember(s)”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 15 January 2024 - 15 April 2024 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.   
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card and KTC PROUD UNIONPAY/ MASTERCARD.
3. Members must register. By sending an SMS message, type CN1 (to register to receive 100 cash back) or CN2 (to register to receive 300 cash back), space followed by the 16-digit credit card number, followed by the symbol # and type the amount spent per sales slip. 4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cash back value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
7. Members who spend with their card from 1,000 baht or more per transaction only. Members can use 800 points to redeem 100 baht cash back for purchasing products/services on that item. Or members who spend with the card from 2,000 baht or more per transaction only. Members can use 2,000 points to redeem 300 baht cash back for purchasing that product/service. according to the specified conditions
8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
9. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
10. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month.

"General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
5. Other terms and conditions which are not specified herein shall be provided by any relevant store/seller/service provider. Please inquire for details of conditions before purchasing goods/services.
